  • Initiated within 7 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (Order Number) provided

Not Returnable

  • Custom, personalized, or engraved items
  • Any signs of wear, damage, scent, or alteration
  • Missing original packaging parts
  • Final sale or clearance items

Securely pack the item in its original inner packaging to prevent damage.

Send via a trackable courier and share the tracking number with us.

Refund

We inspect upon arrival. If approved, refunds process in 3–5 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different size or variant? Contact us first to confirm availability. Once we receive and approve the original item, we dispatch the replacement. If the alternative isn’t available, we process a standard refund instead.

  • • Natural stone/material variations are unique features, not defects.
  • • Courier delays are outside our processing time estimates.
  • • We cannot accept items with visible wear, scratches, or residue.
