- Initiated within 7 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (Order Number) provided

- Custom, personalized, or engraved items
- Any signs of wear, damage, scent, or alteration
- Missing original packaging parts
- Final sale or clearance items
How to Return

Email or WhatsApp us with your order number and reason for return.
Approval
We verify eligibility and send you specific return instructions.
Pack
Securely pack the item in its original inner packaging to prevent damage.
Ship
Send via a trackable courier and share the tracking number with us.
Refund
We inspect upon arrival. If approved, refunds process in 3–5 business days.

Exchanges
Need a different size or variant? Contact us first to confirm availability. Once we receive and approve the original item, we dispatch the replacement. If the alternative isn’t available, we process a standard refund instead.
